HALF – CENTURY EXPERIENCE SINCE ITS ESTABLISHMENT
– IDEAL CITY DEVELOPMENT IN JAPAN

The development policy of MIDORI PARK is based on “Tokyu Tama Garden City” which we have built up in suburban area located in Tokyo, Japan. We started our business from about 100 years ago, and since 1953, we have been developing this beautiful and outstanding city, over 60 years.

We intended to combine the advantages of both urban and natural life-style to provide residential community feels well-balanced. The total development area of ”Tokyu Tama Garden City” has expanded to approximately 50-million m2. The community has been progressing for over half century, and the population of the area has already reached nearly 600-thousand. Now, we are pleased to put all of our development know-how and spirits into creating new “Garden City” in Binh Duong New City, Viet Nam.

1953 — Development of Tokyu Tama Garden City started
1922 — Establishment of Megro-kamata rail way Corp.                                   (as the predecessor of Tokyu Corp.)

TOKYU PROJECT

Beside the success of Tokyu Tama, we have obtained great achievements in various
areas such as housing, shopping and entertainment centers, restaurants and hotels,
etc. Typical examples include Shibuya Hikarie, Futako Tamagawa, Tama Plaza,
among other projects.

To achieve high quality of construction work, we manage and supervise local designer and contractors following Japanese experience.

DESIGN TERM

We absolutely have Checking term in Concept design, Basic design, Detail design term by Japanese specialist based on our Japanese guideline, never take over to outside designer.

CONSTRUCTION TERM

We absolutely have inspection term 3 times at least in Structure phase, Finishing phase by Japanese construction specialist based on our guideline and 2 times authority inspection as third party checking, never take over to contractor
